How counselling works
-
Step 1: Book a free consultation
Schedule a free 15-minute consultation with Marianne to talk about your situation and what you're looking for. This is a chance to ask questions and see if it feels like a good fit.
-
Step 2: Begin your first session
If you decide to move forward, you'll book your first full counselling session. In this session, you'll start exploring your goals, challenges, and begin working together toward growth and freedom in all areas of life.
-
Step 3: Ongoing support at your pace
Counselling continues at a pace that works for you—weekly, biweekly, or as needed. Each session builds on the last, helping you gain insight, develop tools, and move toward the meaningful change you’re looking for.
